DIY GIFT IDEA:

This Truffula Tree elastic bookmark would be an excellent gift. It was quick and simple enough for kids to make too.  They could make one as a gift for a teacher, librarian or a grandparent.

See how to make the bookmark here.

You always make the best gifts, these bookmarks would be easy for the kids to make and give to teachers! Yay for easy!! I would have to say that letters from my kids are probably my favorite gift that I receive. :)

The best handmade gift I've ever gotten was a blanket and pillow sewn up simply particularly for one of my doll strollers when I was a kid.My grandma did it with such love, and now my daughter gets to enjoy them in the same stroller.Thank you so much for sharing.@Jessie Hines.

This tutorial is for a basic sewing machine, so if you have a fancy one that's more like a computer and does most of the work for you, some things may be different. Just saying. Sewing Machine Reviews
